Can you get a smartphone without a smartphone plan at Alltel now that Alltel is basically Verizon?
I expect something on eBay or a smart phone in the retail quantities of purchase and activation on my basic plan. Is this possible? Will there still be possible, as soon as Verizon Alltel? How do I do this, simply buy the phone, activate it online / phone?
