You can erase data from a hard drive with my universal AXE tool…you can also remove your CPU fan if you dont want it…

I went to insall ram, and I tried sticking it into “any open slot” and now my computer dose nothing but sizzle…not sure why that happened.

You can erase the data from the hard disk before recycling so you don’t need to break it down. Disks are delicate and a lot of their parts can easily be reused…

The “mystery” behind this “undeleting the data is that when you erase the data in windows, windows erases the addresses to the actual data on the disk while data remains. If you screw windows and full format the hard drive, all addresses, data and alocation table will be empty.. Full format is also healthy for your hard drive…

you dont have to destroy the HDD to destroy ur data~ you can just unscrew the round disc inside the HDD and rub it vigorously on the road~ best if the road has stones on them~ :)

  14. ITGuru0111 on July 31st, 2010

yes, but can’t i use a data deletion program like incinerator and delete files?
it overwrites the data with garbage.

  18. ITGuru0111 on July 31st, 2010

Actually, Formatting A Disk Can Erase All Data Permanently!
Because It Deletes The File System And Replaces It With A New One!

…wow. Really dude? You’re telling me that because some of us have the decency to not over-complicate things for people who have no idea what they’re doing, that are dumb shits? As I said before, not everyone in the world is tech savvy. There’s no need to go into those kinds of details when all they simply want to know is what the name of the hardware is and what it’s basic functionality is.

So, why over complicate stuff for people who only want simplicity?

  20. Lostagain70 on July 31st, 2010

STFU You are no longer allowed to write your opinions, because they suck just like you as a person. You’re a real GENIUS!!! Try proof reading sometime, dumb shit.

  21. matrix86 on July 31st, 2010

That’s because this video is obviously for the non-tech savvy person. Why do tech people get so upset over videos like these? Not everyone is a genious at computers. Videos like these are meant for people who only know that pushing the power button turns the computer on. No need to tech babble that they don’t understand. Sometimes, the basics is all that people need. It’s up to the consumer and the sales person to decide how far in depth they need to go when discussing a computer.

  22. matrix86 on July 31st, 2010

You aren’t paying attention to what this videos is about. It’s about what hardware components are in a computer and a very basic example of what they do. This is meant for people who have no idea what’s in a computer. For people who only know how to push the power button and that’s it. There’s no need to explain bridges and cache and differences between PCI, PCI-e, APG, and so on and so forth. This is just a basic “this is what’s in your computer case” video.

  23. matrix86 on July 31st, 2010

Indeed. Most computer cases these days allow for 2 hard drives to be hooked up in them.

  24. bladesypher on July 31st, 2010

If you’re getting a new computer, why not install the old hard drive on it? It’s kinda stupid to smash your harddrive with a hammer when you sell your computer.. : /

  25. adaniel69 on July 31st, 2010

you can use low level format and no one can recover anything from your hard drive! / some motherboards have 6 slots of ram!
