Windows: If you have already deleted, they could still be in the trash. empty the trash. or you can click Start> Programs> Accessories> System Tools> Disk Cleanup to go to delete the temporary files and compress old files. Select the Disk Cleanup Disk Defrag continue to clean your system. It will take some time, then close all programs running.
