Some of the best features of this product will be received by Verizon in its attempt to all its customers, blocked, using VCAST. If I had known, I would not have bought. . .

This software (MPT fifth 0) is rubbish! For hours trying to sync with my Motorola W490 only get either tell me that the phone is not supported (see the list, whatever) or the phone is busy, Please try again later. I have reinstalled several times, the driver software updated Vista. Nothing. The FAQ section of the support site is incorrect and shows that one third of sites. Speaking in support of India is a lesson in vanity. I’m sorry I wasted my time and money. Save yourself the headaches, do not buy this. Do you have a trial version of SyncCell today, and voila – the first time, no problem.

I bought the fifth Motorola Phone Tools 0 USB Kit on Amazon, but from Global Phone Company and when I do the paper which gave the package to Verizon users read all multimedia and Internet connections were disabled because of the carrier’s request. The document also stated that if the product has been opened, it has not been returned. I just wanted to know if the product would work taken with my phone and upload pictures with my camera phone on my computer at home. My phone is U.S. Cellular and Motorola W385 is one that is sudden my Internet link so you can see, I am not a Verizon customer with these products. I tried e-mailing Global Phone Company twice and got no response to my questions, and they told me to contact Motorola. I sent e-Motorola home to more than 24 hours and still get no response. Depending on when and if I receive a response from them and if I get an answer to my question, I will soon write a post, either positive or negative! I click on a star to rate this product and this is the reason the stars that I did not answer my questions and not the product box, because I do not know whether it works or not due to open the document I received with the product. When I opened the box I have not been able to return!

Do you have a RAZR. Software required to synchronize Outlook with my RAZR. Did you this software. What a mistake!
Defects of this software, it is difficult to decide where to start:
– the interface is not intuitive.
– Software works maybe 10% of the time. The remaining 90%, I get error messages indicating that the timing, but no details on why.
– The options seem settings give you flexibility in the choice of items to synchronize, but during a sync, they are ignored in many cases.
– Despite the software to tell a One-Way-Sync (PC to your mobile phone), doubled the software and contacts and calendar entries in Outlook, often cutting them. I have to spend hours cleaning the contacts and calendar – and I have done several times.
I contacted Motorola for the support. . . It was worthless.
No wonder Motorola mobile phone division struggles.
